These Pumps Were Made For Walkin'

I used China Glaze Ruby Pumps and I absolutley love this color. I haven't used it in a long time but when I wear it, I feel like I'm seducing the world with my nails. ;]

Fifty Shades Freed

I must say that the Fifty Shades series is one of the best book series that I've ever read, I couldn't get enough of them. I hope that they make a movie and stick as close to the books as possible. I really want Ian Somerhalder to get the part as Christian Grey. E. L. James is a wonderful author and I hope she writes more soon.

I painted my nails with China Glaze Platinum Silver to mirror the silver handcuffs. I love the color silver but I'm not sure I like it on my nails.

Fifty Shades Darker

For this, I used China Glaze Concrete Catwalk which is one of my favorite polishes. Then I put a little bit of glitter over it because of the mask on the book cover.

Monochromatic Contest

I had never done a contest or monochromatic nails before so I decided to try it out! I chose purple since purple polishes make up most of my collection. I started with my middle finger by putting on a thick coat of Seche Vite and dipping my nail in purple craft glitter. Then, I painted the rest of my nails with China Glaze Coconut Kiss, followed by a coat of Matte Magic. Finally, I used a striping brush and China Glaze VIII to make zebra stripes. Enjoy! (:

I Want Candy

For this, I painted my nails with China Glaze Kinetic Candy and put a couple coats of China Glaze Fairy Dust over them. I grew up listening to Aaron Carters song '' I Want Candy '' so I figured it would be a clever post title.

I noticed that my cat was laying in the flowers in the background. :]

Confetti Nails

I can't even remember the last time I posted something on my real nails! I've been a nail biter for as long as I can remember. I stopped about 2 years ago, but I still struggle with it sometimes. After a nail biting rampage about a month ago I was left with nubs! But they've finally grown out enough to look decent with polish. Anyway, to the nails!

This is China Glaze Icicle and Confetti Tazmanian Devil. My camera still refuses to focus on my Tazmanian Devil. Sorry guys, this is the best I could do. I wish my camera could capture how pretty it is in real life. It reminds me of molten silver with gemstones floating around in it!

'' She Wore An .......''

I got this idea from the song. :]  I painted my nails with Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow which I think is the perfect vintage yellow. These were my first polka dots and I'm quite proud of them, I used China Glaze White On White for them. On my ring fingers, I put a line of acrylic rhinestones down them. Enjoy!

Matte and Glitter

I painted my nails with China Glaze Recycle and put China Glaze Matte Magic over it. Then, using some tape, I painted on China Glaze Dorothy Who.  I haven't used matte on a long time and after doing this, I realized how much I missed it.

Metallic Tape Nails

For this, I used China Glaze Attraction as a base color and then taped off triangles and used China Glaze  Drawn To You.

Galaxy and Rhinestone Nails

I had no idea what to do to my nails this week so I went with my usual galaxy nails. Except this time I did an accent nail on my middle finger with some rhinestones. This was my first time using rhinestones and I accidentally used too much top coat on them so they ended up looking kind of bubbly.

Splatter Nails

I've really loved splatter manicures lately. So much that I used this technique twice on my nails last week. For the first one I used China Glaze Concrete Catwalk and Sunshine Pop. On the second one I used China Glaze Liquid Leather and Make an Entrance.
